A few months since the last article, let's see what we have in store for you this time! Welcome to the TC Hero 2024 April article, TC Hero community! This one'll be a bit more of a short one, but doesn't mean that its gonna be any less interesting. Let's get right into it!
ANNOUNCEMENT TRAILER UPDATE
Trailer production is actually coming along very smoothly!! In fact, we're almost done with all of the character animation! We're not ready to give any details regarding the release though, but when news finally drops, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. In the meantime, thank you for your patience! We'll continue working on it to the best of our ability and making the release as enjoyable as possible! Speaking of the trailer, we've got a little more about that right at the end of the article.
CASTING CALL UPDATE
We've almost cast all the characters and there are two left to be cast! In fact, we should be finishing up the entire thing pretty soon. We've almost come to a decision on who the final two will be. Sorry that it took so long, but I'm finally starting to get the hang of life again.
NEW CHARACTER JOINS THE SERIES!
Masa Ace
Meet Masa Ace! This Finnish farmer will always put family first, always supporting his son Mason and his nephew Net. Voicing Mason we have Corey LeVier!
Just like his son Mason Ace, he is a lover of heavy metal music and driving tractors. An incredibly hard worker, doing everything he can for his family. Just don't mention his receding hairline or he'll show you the true meaning of the word "heavy metal". Got a solid iron mace hanging on his wall. It's as shiny as his balding forehead. In fact I should probably stop talking and start running. What receding hairline? I never said anything. Nuh uh. Anyway, welcome to the team Corey! We're really glad to have you on!
In addition to Corey, JOSH PORTILLO has also joined the team as a VA, details about his character will have to come a little later unfortunately. Awesome to have you on too Josh!
WE'RE LOOKING FOR A SOUND DESIGNER!
That's right, we're looking for more talent to join our team, that being the role of sound designer! I will definitely be working on sound design too, but I need help with some sounds that may be difficult to create on my own as I am not a professional. I have created a full 8 minute short before and it was severely lacking in the sound department, which was rather noticeable. To ensure that the sounds really got that oomph in them this time around, we'll need someone to help out a touch with some of the more difficult/complex sounds that I don't have the tools or knowledge to create. More info coming soon, so keep your eyes peeled for that!
CONCLUSION To round it all up, stuff is coming along really nicely! Trailer is coming on nicely, casting is almost done and we've had two new faces join out talented cast! This has been a bit of a lightning article, a lil speedy in pace this time around, but its been nice to share all the new stuff with you guys! Thanks for reading and until next time! TC Activate!
