Hey there TC Hero community! Hope you're having a wonderful 2024 so far! Although off to a bumpy start for me personally, things are starting to look up, especially when it comes to TC Hero! After being burned out for multiple months and learning a few things after that experience, my mental health has managed to bounce back and continue working on the series! Can't wait to share the news with you all of what we've been working on! First of all, we'll discuss the status of ongoing TC Hero projects. After that, we got two new characters and their VA:s to reveal publicly! Finally, we'll discuss the upcoming FIRST EPISODE and end it off with a small conclusion!
STATUS OF ONGOING PROJECTS
Announcement trailer update Ah yes, the announcement trailer. That one minute short that was supposed to come out in early august 2023... which is still in production. In case you missed what happened (you can read about it in this article here), in short, I suffered from immense burnout due to an immense multitude of reasons. However, now that that's over, I've continued to work on the trailer. Things are going smoothly and my mental health is stable.
So any release date on the horizon? No and I won't be giving one. Since I am the main driving force behind the series, setting release dates just ends up stressing me out and working myself insanely hard til I end up burned out again. That's not gonna happen now. I'd much rather not give a release date and work on it to my own tempo rather than setting a release date and working so hard that I burn myself out for another couple of months. Then it gets delayed again and the cycle continues. What I can say is, I've got a lot of the scenes animated already and I think the trailer will be coming out sooner than you guys think. That's all I'm gonna say.

Casting Call Phase Two
Casting call phase two, still choosing VA:s! I'm taking my time with it. TC Hero is my passion project, my life's work if you will. It's one of the most important aspects of my life and I've been creating it for years before it even became a thing online. I want to make sure I make the right decision when I make any casting decision. Just please be patient with me. I'm hoping to get the rest cast fairly soon. However, I have actually cast two people for the roles listed in this phase, which is what we'll talk about next!
NEW CHARACTERS
Mason Ace
Meet Mason Ace, Net's cousin and best friend! Mason is a pretty chill dude, with a great love for video-games, engineering and heavy metal music! Voicing Mason we have Mye'Shawn Lowe!
Although a little lazy, Mason is highly skilled and helps out (whether he wants to or not) fixing machines on his dad's farm and fixing Cybele's motorbike whenever it breaks down. Hey, wait a moment, who's Cybele?
Cybele Shader
Meet Cybele Shader, the final member in Net's and Mason's friend group! Cybele is a bright, young, hard working girl with a sometimes sarcastic attitude. Voicing Cybele we have Jingle Deleon!
When she's not off working at her low paying job, hanging out with her friends is what she likes to do the most. She certainly has a certain admiration for Net and tries to support him any way she can.

As soon as that trailer is done I'm getting straight to work on episode one. Actually, that's not entirely true, I've already started, but I won't be able to work on it as much as I want to until the trailer is finished. I've started to slowly create the script for episode one, with already having created the basic outline for it. For years, I've been pondering about what would be the best possible plot to start off with and I've finally come to a conclusion. I'm so excited to get started, you guys have no idea.
When I can finally start creating the first episode, I promise I'll pour everything I have into it. I want to bring the best possible experience to all of you and will try to be as open as I can with its production so you guys can come along the journey too!
No release date yet, but as for the name of the episode, that's already been decided! "THIS SHATTERED WORLD" is the name and will try my best to make it the best thing I've ever created.
CONCLUSION 2024 seems like a bright year for TC Hero, which is why I'm calling this year the year of TC Hero. TC HERO 2024!
